About
A two-time E1 World Champion and 30-year motorsport veteran who turns the mental toolkit of elite racing into leadership lessons every team can act on.
Emma began racing at age three and competed in her first official karting event at five. Over three decades she has raced in Formula series, STCC, GT, W Series, and most recently electric powerboats.
In 2024 she became the first woman to win the E1 World Championship alongside teammate Sam Coleman for Team Brady — the squad owned by NFL legend Tom Brady. They defended the title back-to-back in 2025. E1 Series, Autosport, Powerboat News, and Finland's leading outlets have followed that arc from W Series podium finisher to consecutive world titles.
Beyond the cockpit, Emma is one of Finland's most recognised media personalities: head judge on Suomen surkein kuski, a finalist on Tanssii tähtien kanssa 2023, and a radio host on Radio Nova and Suomipop for seven years.
